I came up with the idea of setting up this site after the story of my months of hell at the hands of a rogue customer hit the headlines all over the world when I took action and knocked down a porch and conservatory that I had built. It wasn’t a step I took lightly but those of you who have been in similar situations will understand the frustration and hardship that comes with the problem of a rogue customer and as we are in the grip of a credit crunch never has there been a greater need for Roguecustomer.com I have had emails from around the UK and from the USA, the problem of rogue customers is not confined to just the building trade. We've heard horror stories from hotels, caravan parks and even hairdressers. Here at Roguecustomer.com we aim to help make changes in the law to safeguard your rights and will also offer free legal advice and help. We will also name and shame those rogue customers whose cases are proven and will keep a register of rogue customers and traders. Thank you for visiting our site and remember together by making a stand we can bring about change.
Cowboy Customers - Tuesday 8th September on ITV1 from 10:35pm to 11:35pm Still available on ITV.COM Player A hard-hitting look at the devastating effect on small businesses of customers taking goods and services but not paying for them. The programme is presented by builder Nigel Gray, who hit the headlines when he demolished a brand new conservatory because a customer refused to pay the bill, bankrupting him in the process. Nigel goes on a quest to confront customers who owe some of the 38 billion pounds in overdue or unpaid bills to Britain's small businesses, and reveals the human costs of these cowboy customers. He also goes to Westminster to campaign for laws that will make it easier for businesses to recoup the owed money that could keep them afloat. |

Hello my name is Nigel Gray and I’d like to welcome you to Roguecustomer.com where we help give you the power to fight back against the customers who don’t pay and the traders who won’t deliver.
